1. Change of Mind Returns

 

We accept change-of-mind returns within 10 business days of purchase, provided that:- The item is in original, unused condition- The item has not been installed or altered- The item is returned in its original packaging- Proof of purchase is supplied

Change-of-mind returns may be refunded, exchanged, or issued as store credit at our discretion.

Certain items may not be eligible (e.g., electrical parts, special-order items, or products that cannot be resold for safety or hygiene reasons).

 

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If you believe an item is faulty or damaged:- Please contact us as soon as possible- Provide your order number and a description of the issue- Photos or videos may be requested If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).

 

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

 

If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing, please notify us within 3 business days.

 

 

4. How to Make a Return

1. Email hello@dngauto.co.nz

2. Include your name, order number, and reason for return

3. We will provide return instructions and a reference number

4. Return Shipping Costs - Faulty or incorrect items: return shipping is covered by us.

- Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Processing Time once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–10 business days.
