Welcome to DNG Automotive. By using our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.dngauto.co.nz.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in NZD and include GST (if applicable).

We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay].

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Auckland: 1–2 business days
North Island: 1–3 business days
South Island: 2–5 business days
Rural delivery: Additional 1–2 business days
Delivery delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier issues.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our store during business hours. Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” notification before arriving.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is missing, Delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
4. Returns
4.1 Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 10 business days of purchase, provided that:- The item is in original, unused condition- The item has not been installed or altered- The item is returned in its original packaging- Proof of purchase is supplied

Change-of-mind returns may be refunded, exchanged, or issued as store credit at our discretion.

Certain items may not be eligible (e.g., electrical parts, special-order items, or products that cannot be resold for safety or hygiene reasons).
4.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe an item is faulty or damaged:- Please contact us as soon as possible- Provide your order number and a description of the issue- Photos or videos may be requested If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
4.3 Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing, please notify us within 3 business days.
4.4 How to Make a Return

Return Shipping Costs - Faulty or incorrect items: return shipping is covered by us.

Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Processing Time once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Refunds

5.3 Returns (For Physical Products)
To initiate a return:

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Returned items must be sent to 38e Lunn Avenue, Mount Wellington, Auckland.
Return Shipping Costs:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
